Preparation for the Goechala Trek
As the trek
is graded as moderate to Difficult so it is important for you as a trekker to
maintain your fitness level is a way that will not affect you physically as
well as mentally. The trek goes through
the tough terrain, and it takes a lot of efforts to reach the way, so keep your
peace slow and walk with all the care. One must start exercising before few
days of hitting the trail. To keep your muscles strong start cardio exercises
like jogging, Climbing, Cycling one should run 5 Km in 30 minutes, there are
all steep slopes that one has to pass, therefore oe should exercise for strong
muscles.

between months if April to June, or later in autumn during September &
October.
